What it is
Every record submitted in Yumee — temperature checks, checklists, deliveries, training, corrective actions and more — is stored permanently in Firestore with a full timestamp, the submitter's name and their digital signature. Records are viewable in a calendar interface and exportable as PDF at any time.
How it works
View records in calendar
Navigate to the Records tab to see a calendar view. Days with complete records show green, missed records show red.
Drill into daily records
Tap any day to see every record submitted — opening checks, temperatures, deliveries, corrective actions.
Missed records are flagged
If any scheduled routine was not completed, it appears as a missed record. You can resolve it late or raise a corrective action.
Export monthly PDF
Download a monthly PDF report in FSA SFBB format — ready for EHO inspection or your own records.
